Processing Time: All small-batch remedies, salves, and tinctures are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for order preparation before shipment.
Rates & Destinations: We ship nationwide across Canada via flat-rate standard shipping (20).
Orders over 100 automatically qualify for Free Shipping. (Shipping to Northern Territories is available upon request by contacting us for a custom quote).
Free Local Pickup (Ottawa Region): Local pickup is free. Once your order is freshly prepared, you will receive an email with pickup location details and door instructions.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final: Due to the small-batch, natural, and personal care nature of our handcrafted salves, tinctures, body products, and food items, all product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has left our apothecary.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package, and we will happily make it right for you!
